Katy Perry was at the Endymion Mardi Gras Extravaganza, flexin’ in a short beaded mini dress. Big props from the New Orleans City Council, who dubbed March 1st “Katy Perry Day” to rep her love for the city.
They slid her a proclamation and some flowers to seal the deal. Oh, and she was all over the headlines last week ‘cause she’s joinin’ the first all-female squad to blast off on the Blue Origin New Shepard rocket later this year.
